Lorne is also an experienced property manager and administers a 500,000 square foot family portfolio of industrial and office properties. The knowledge he has accumulated in this capacity allows him to advise his clients on such varied subjects such as construction costs, building condition assessment and operating expenses. He also participates in the analysis of lease documents using his vast experience preparing and writing leases.

Lorne’s unique understanding of Real Estate stems from his bachelor’s degree in REAL ESTATE AND URBAN ANALYSIS from McGill University.  He continues to improve his skills by taking courses in Commercial Real Estate Investment through the CCIM Institute to complement the courses he took at McGill such as Real Estate Investment Analysis, Land Law and Real Estate Appraisal.

Using available technology, social media and his personal contacts Lorne can find any type of property for his clients. He uses a “leave no stone unturned “attitude to make sure that his clients find the best and most viable solutions to their problems.
